The jelly (or TPU) material of your Jelly Firkin bag is as easy to live with as it is pretty. Here's how to keep it flawless, effortlessly.
Everyday cleaning
A simple soft, slightly damp cloth is enough to wipe away dust and fingerprints. Gently go over the whole surface, then dry with a clean cloth. The jelly material doesn't hold stains: one wipe and your bag is as good as new.
For stubborn marks
Add a drop of mild soap (Marseille soap or a neutral washing-up liquid) to your damp cloth, rub gently, then wipe with a barely wet clean cloth. Just avoid soaking the inside.
Products to avoid
- Alcohol, acetone and solvents: they can dull the translucent material.
- Abrasive sponges: they scratch the surface.
- Direct heat (hairdryer, radiator): always let it air-dry.
Our anti-mark tips
Store your bag away from prolonged direct light, and remove the detachable lining to clean it separately if needed. On light shades, regular cleaning preserves the jelly glow.
