Refund policy

Free returns within 30 days

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return an item. This period includes your legal 14-day right of withdrawal.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging, with proof of purchase.

How to proceed

Email us at support@firkinjelly.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you the instructions and the return label.

Return costs

Returns are free: Firkin Jelly covers the return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, we'll notify you of its acceptance. The refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

Defective or incorrect items

If you receive a defective, damaged or non-compliant item, contact us within 48 h with photos at support@firkinjelly.com: quick solution (replacement or refund), at no cost to you.

Non-refundable

Personalised items, as well as items returned beyond 30 days or not meeting the conditions above.
