Orders are prepared within 24 to 72 business hours after payment is confirmed.

Delivery times

International delivery within 2 to 10 business days depending on the destination country. These times are indicative and run from the shipping date; occasional delays may occur during busy periods.

A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped.

The shipping cost is calculated and displayed at checkout.

Depending on the destination country, customs duties or local taxes may apply; these remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping and liability

Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, its delivery is the carrier's responsibility. Firkin Jelly cannot be held responsible for delays, incidents or delivery issues attributable to the carrier or customs. If there is a problem, write to us at support@firkinjelly.com: we will follow up the case with the carrier until it is resolved.
