Products

Our products (bags and charms) are presented with the greatest care. Slight variations in shade may exist between the photos and the actual product.

Prices

Prices are shown in euros (€), including any applicable taxes. Shipping costs are specified before the order is confirmed.

Order

The sale is confirmed upon receipt of payment and the confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of a dispute, suspected fraud or an obvious pricing error.

Payment

Payment is made using the secure methods offered at the time of the order.

Delivery and withdrawal

See our Shipping and Refund and return policies. Once the parcel has been handed to the carrier, delivery times and incidents are the carrier's responsibility and cannot engage the liability of Firkin Jelly.

Firkin Jelly guarantee

We cover any manufacturing defect. If your item has a manufacturing defect, contact us at support@firkinjelly.com with your order number and photos: we will quickly offer you a replacement or a refund, at no cost to you. This guarantee does not cover normal wear or damage resulting from improper use.

Liability

We cannot be held liable for improper use of the products, nor for shipping issues attributable to the carrier.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law applicable at the seller's registered office, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.
